Your mission

Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

Monitor and strengthen our cybersecurity posture across cloud infrastructure and applications
Assess risks, manage vulnerabilities, and support incident response
Plan and conduct penetration tests; coordinate external security audits

Data Governance & Microsoft Purview

Set up and develop Microsoft Purview
Structure our data landscape and define data governance guidelines

AI & Automation in the Company

Strategically introduce and develop AI tools across the company
Build AI agents and automation solutions
Advise teams on the efficient use of AI

Information security & ISO

Responsibility for ISO topics (e.g., ISO 27001 / 9001)
Maintain documentation and support audit preparation

Your profile

Knowledge of information security, compliance, or ISO standards
Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security monitoring
Experience with Microsoft Purview or data governance systems
Understanding of AI tools, automation, or agent systems
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Structured approach to work and enjoyment of building systems and processes

Would be nice

Knowledge of German compliance requirements
Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft/Azure)
